Feed Bins: Constructed with ¼-inch steel for the strength and durability you need. Feed bins come in sizes from 15 tons to 40 tons. Our feed bins are steep-sided and straight-sided to the conveyor belt, helping to prevent clogging and congestion. All bins have crank down gates with direct drive gear boxes and an ACVF drive system with several options.

Baghouses: Our portable pulsejet baghouses meet or exceed all EPA standards for particulate matter. Perfect timing on the discharge auger eliminates the need for a rotary airlock system. DCR Inc. baghouses have a larger drop out area and AR plated deflectors to help eliminate dust in the bags. Heavily constructed drag chains and slanted floor designs also make DCR Inc. baghouses an innovative solution to your equipment needs.

Drag Conveyors: Designed and built with a U channel frame and bolted floor panels in 10-foot sections for easy replacement, our drag conveyors are sturdy and easy to use. We designed our drag conveyors for easy maintenance, with a tubular ladder and a central greasing system. You will find DCR Inc. drag conveyors come with several design options.

Silos: Equipped with a reverse weight system and a larger drive through area, DCR Inc. silos easily accommodate your needs. Our silos have heavy, square tube framing and a top-mounted batch hopper, all with an air over electric control system. DCR Inc.'s weight out system gives you continuous and accurate readings of the contents of your silo to prevent any end-of-day surprises. We offer heating and insulation systems as well.

Drums: 30 tons to 400 tons per hour, equipped with DCR Inc.'s patented Rubber Tire Drive System. The RTDS cuts horsepower and maintains the drive wheels and tires, warranted for as long as you own it. This system can save you thousands of dollars over the lifetime of your DCR Inc. drum.

Sand Heaters: Our sand heaters incorporate the Rubber Tire Drive System with oil-type hubs, minimizing horsepower use and maintenance. We designed our sand heaters to stand only 9 feet off the ground, reducing the need for ramps for set-up. DCR Inc. offers sand heaters in various sizes, from 5 tons per hour to 90 tons per hour, with several sand heaters for drying materials. Oil Tanks: DCR Inc.'s oil tanks contain 6 inches of insulation and are wrapped with a steel shell. Our tanks come with 2-inch tubing and a transfer oil heater(CEI) mounted on a goose neck trailer. Accommodates 20,000 to 30,000 gallons. Designed with a 3-inch unloading pump to speed-up unloading transports with a sample tube and jacketed pumping.

Control Shacks: Constructed with steel floor rails, frame, and rafters DCR Inc.'s control shacks are solid and reliable. We know that long hours in a control shack can leave you frozen-to-the-bone or smothered in stifling heat. Thoroughly insulated and sealed, our control shacks provide almost 360 degrees of visual range. The controls are PLC based with a computer running Windows or the E-Z Blend System.
