Sand Heaters
Our sand heaters incorporate the Rubber Tire Drive System with oil-type hubs, minimizing
horsepower use and maintenance. DCR Inc. sand heaters use half the electric power of any
other heater. We designed our sand heaters to stand only 9 feet off the ground, reducing
the need for ramps for set-up. Our sand heaters come with natural gas, propane, or number
two fuel burner. DCR Inc. offers sand heaters in various sizes, from 5 tons per hour to 90
tons per hour, with several sand heaters for drying materials. Our sand heaters require
